The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The location was ideal, just a short ten-minute walk from downtown. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for. The buffet breakfast was absolutely amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious food that kept me satisfied for the rest of the day. The hotel also had a swimming pool, which was a great way to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.
This hotel is highly recommended to all.

Great location! the hotel is very close to major attractions and restaurants. the room size is perfect and the breakfast has a good variety of food. the hotel even has a swimming pool which was a nice break from the heat outside.
The room was very noisy, with street noise coming in through the window, which did not close properly. the staff did not fix the problem which made it hard to sleep.

The buffet breakfast was fine and the staff were very helpful. The bar on the 9th floor had great views and the staff were friendly. Highly recommended.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the river and within walking distance of the Citadel. the central location allows for easy access to tourist areas and local eateries. the rooms are well-equipped, with all necessary facilities and nice views from the balcony. the staff provide friendly and attentive service during the stay. Breakfast offers a variety of options to choose from, catering to all tastes.
The gym facilities and pool area can be quite busy, with limited space for adults to relax in peace.

Despite some drawbacks, the hotel had its redeeming qualities. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide assortment of food choices, including fresh fruit and pastries. the hotel is in close proximity to several tourist attractions and shopping centers. Finally, the staff was friendly and accommodating.
Our stay coincided with New Year's Eve celebrations that lasted well into the night. The music and fireworks were so loud that we were unable to sleep until early morning.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel. The staff were very helpful and cute. The hotel had a wonderful swimming pool and spacious clean rooms. the location was great - everything I needed was within walking distance from here, including the excellent Imperial Citadel and the vibrant Hue night market.
Nothing it is perfect.
